On Yuzu, sellers is the general term for everyone you can order from. Within that, there are two types. A merchant has a live catalogue you browse and order from directly — you can still request unlisted items by tapping the + button on their storefront. A provisioner works like a personal shopper — send them your full shopping list and they will source everything on your behalf.
